Help us welcome some new employees to the RSA team. Three great additions to our workforce to further assist the most important members of our team, our customers.
So without further ado…
Julia Dieter
Julia has found RSA to be a great experience. She has met some wonderful people who are caring, supportive, and always available to help. This Chicago land native comes from a long background of retail sales and customer service experience, which she truly enjoys. Having graduated from DePaul University in 2007 with a bachelors degree in Art History, she quickly joined the Von Maur team where she spent the next four years developing her customer service experience. In 2011, she left to pursue other opportunities and recently joined the RSA team in February of 2012. Her leisure time is filled with family, friends, and traveling (her one true passion!).
Sean Gately
Sean is thrilled to be a member of the RSA team. He comes with a history of Project Management and Information Systems most recently at Motorola where he identified, documented and trained Project Managers on best practices throughout the global cellular infrastructure business. Prior to this, he was a small business computer consultant and directed the IT department of a Credit Union. He is a life long Chicagoan and unrepentant Cubs fan. Sean is a seasonal choir member at church where he is also a Sunday school teacher and has served on the board of deacons.

Marshall Miles
Marshall is new to the RSA and Global Controls family. With a BSEE from University of Missouri and 25 years of industrial automation experience he is a wonderful and qualified addition. He has extensive planning abilities and has designed, rebuilt, and moved complete manufacturing lines.
As the father of three girls and a boy, most evenings you will find him running from one event to another as he is a big part of his family’s busy lives. He looks forward to getting to know everyone on the team and our customers.
